The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Tax Partner or Director to join their growing tax team. This is a strategic hire, offering the opportunity to lead on sophisticated transactional and advisory matters, contribute to firmwide growth, and work closely with clients at the forefront of the digital economy.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert UK and cross-border tax advice on corporate structuring, M&A, IP exploitation, financing, and employee incentivisation.
• Support major transactions across media, tech, gaming, and digital businesses.
• Play a leading role in developing the tax practice, including business development and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Collaborate with partners across corporate, commercial, and IP to deliver seamless client service.
• Advise high-growth and multinational clients on strategic and contentious tax matters, including HMRC enquiries and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or common law jurisdiction) with significant experience in tax law.
• Deep understanding of tax issues relevant to media, entertainment, tech, or digital sectors is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a collaborative approach and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to think creatively and commercially, delivering solutions tailored to complex client needs.
