Tax Senior

Join an award-winning accountancy and tax firm based in the South West London/Surrey area, as a Private Client Tax Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow the advisory side of our tax department, working directly with our Tax Director and clients. • Provide high-quality, jargon-free Inheritance Tax (IHT) and estate planning advice directly to clients.
• Explore and deliver other areas of tax planning or compliance you’re passionate about — from Capital Gains Tax (CGT) to non-resident issues to business exit planning.
• Meet clients, build trust, and make them feel supported and understood.
• Design processes, templates, and resource packs that make advisory work repeatable, scalable, and profitable.
• Connect with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), solicitors, and professional introducers to generate referrals and grow the practice.
• Help improve the tools, templates, and documents we use to deliver advice efficiently and consistently.

• CTA-qualified advisor with a strong grounding in IHT and personal tax.
