A well-established and client-focused accountancy practice is looking for an experienced Tax Senior to join its Spalding office. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong personal tax professional to develop their career within a supportive tax team, working with a diverse and interesting client base.

Role Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients with a focus on income tax and capital gains tax compliance.
• Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns.
• Providing tax compliance advice and support to a wide range of clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required.
• Working closely with the wider tax team to ensure efficient and accurate tax compliance services.

Personal Requirements

• AAT qualified and actively studying, or fully qualified ACA, ACCA and/or CTA.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a UK accountancy practice in a personal tax compliance role.
• Solid technical knowledge of personal tax, including income tax and capital gains tax.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with clients and colleagues.
• Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
