Tax Senior Manager

Accountants in Newbury in their search for an experienced Tax Senior Manager to
join their growing tax team.

• Managing and reviewing personal and corporate tax
  compliance work
  
• Advising clients on a wide range of tax planning
  matters.
  
• Providing advice on matters relating to EMI, EIS,
  employment -related securities, ATED and HMRC enquiries
  
• Reviewing complex tax affairs for directors,
  shareholders and high -net -worth individuals
  
• Acting as a senior technical resource for
  colleagues across the firm
  
• Building and maintaining strong client
  relationships, becoming a trusted adviser
  
• Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members
  of the tax team
  
• Working alongside partners on advisory projects and
  strategic initiatives
  
• Contributing to business development activities and
  identifying opportunities to expand client services
  

Requirements

• CTA qualified, or ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified with
  significant UK tax expertise
  
• Strong mixed tax background gained within a
  professional practice environment
  
• Proven experience advising owner -managed businesses
  and entrepreneurial clients
  
• Technically strong across both personal and
  corporate tax matters
  
• Confident managing client relationships and
  delivering advisory -led work
  
• Previous experience reviewing work, mentoring team
  members and supporting staff development
  
• Commercially aware with excellent communication and
  relationship -building skills
