Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Top 20 firm recognised for their unmatched expertise across the creative industries that are now eager to appoint a tax professional in the capacity of Senior or Assistant Manager.

The Creative Sector Tax team collaborates seamlessly with audit and general practice colleagues to serve clients across: Film and TV production (including major streaming platforms), Immersive and traditional theatre, Video game development, Orchestras, and Museums and galleries.

Role Requirements -
Prepare and review creative sector tax compliance work and tax relief claims
Conduct detailed technical research to support both compliance and advisory functions
Advise clients on maximising tax reliefs for productions and structuring projects accordingly
Provide guidance on wider tax issues such as employee incentives, international tax, capital raising, and corporate restructuring
Mentor junior team members and review their output
Contribute to business development initiatives, including content creation and client proposals

Person Requirements -
CTA/ACA qualified with experience working with creative industry tax relief claims, especially in Film and TV
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in the creative sector
Technically strong, with the ability to manage projects efficiently
