Job DescriptionJoin a Leading International Law Firm as a Tax SolicitorOur client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking a 1-4 PQE Associate to join their esteemed Tax Department in London. Our client boasts a market-leading tax team recognised for advising on complex and high-profile corporate and real estate transactions, asset finance, cross-border tax issues, international trade, customs duties, and employment taxation. The team works closely with clients' corporate, commercial, in-house tax, and finance teams to minimize tax costs and maximize reliefs. Known for their deep understanding of the insurance sector, they frequently advise top insurance underwriters, brokers, and agents on a variety of tax-related matters.In this role, you will support the tax partners and collaborate with existing associates, helping to supervise trainees. Your responsibilities will include working on mid-market M&A, real estate transactions, VAT, and employment taxation. You will also assist with internal and external marketing efforts, including delivering training talks, writing tax bulletins, and participating in business development events. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years PQE, strong academic credentials, excellent technical skills, and a proactive approach.
