Our client is looking to recruit an additional corporate tax lawyer to join its team in Leeds. The group advises a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses to many FTSE 100 companies, on a broad basis, including support on corporate and real estate transactions, banking and project finance, financial services issues and insolvency and restructuring work. This is a broad based role and will involve working across all the specialisms within the team, although the opportunity to develop an interest and specialism in particular areas will be supported as your experience grows. The successful candidate must have experience gained in a comparable tax practice and will have gained a solid background in UK corporate tax law, ideally advising on a range of different transactions and with experience of direct client contact.
