The Opportunity:

Looking to take on a strong Tax Professional to manage their European Based RE Equity Funds, reporting into the MD. Broad role covering an interesting range of asset classes.

The Responsibilities

• Managing tax affairs for the RE Equity Funds supporting all phases of the deal cycle and investment holding period
• Review & Model on various provisions
• Oversight of the outsourced advisors across the UK, France, Germany etc
• Stakeholder management - work closely with the PMs and Fund Finance team
• Compliance co-ordination

The Requirements

• Qualified Tax Professional
• Experienced in identifying and implementing tax implications throughout acquisitions, disposals etc
• Strong understanding of RE Funds
• Competent on managing relationships internally and externally
