You'll sit at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced Tax Technology team. This is your opportunity to:

You Will

• Identify and document opportunities for intelligent automation
• Build business cases for tech solutions and assess third-party vendors
• Partner with leadership to guide solution delivery and change management
• Translate tax compliance needs into user stories and testable scenarios
• Keep projects on track through rigorous governance and planning
• Facilitate clear, timely communication between business and tech team

What you'll need to succeed
You will be someone who thrives on variety, seeks out improvement, and champions innovation.
You'll bring:

• Experience in tax tech-driven business change
• Knowledge of tax compliance processes
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and user journey mapping
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
• PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience with UX design teams is a plus.
