A highly renowned accountancy practice in Salisbury is looking to appoint a Tax Trainee to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity you to take the next step in your career within a supportive and ambitious firm.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for advising clients on tax legislation and compliance with HMRC
• You will be preparing and finalising company and personal tax returns
• Supporting tax planning and consultancy projects
• You will be ensuring deadlines and firm procedures are met
• This role involves communicating with clients
• Assisting team members with professional tasks

The ideal candidate will be:

• ATT Qualified
• 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting practice
• Interact well with clients and other staff members
• Strong mathematical and administrative skills
• Good communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
• Ideally have experience of working with Xero Accounting Software
