Teachers Wanted in West Cornwall - Flexible Roles, Great Schools, Real Support

Role: Classroom Teacher (any subject or key stage)
Location: Schools across West Cornwall (depending on locality)
Pay: £120-£150 a day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: ASAP or from September 2025

If you're a qualified teacher based in West Cornwall and looking for your next role, I'd love to hear from you. We're beginning our journey in supporting a number of schools in the Penzance, Helston, Hayle and St Ives areas who are looking for reliable, passionate, and flexible teachers to jump in and make a real difference.

Whether you're looking for short-term supply, long-term cover, or something part-time that fits around other commitments - we can help you find the right fit.

We're looking for:

• QTS or equivalent (including ECTs)

• A confident classroom presence and good behaviour management

• Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting young people

• A DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)

• A flexible and proactive approach to working in different schools

What's on offer:

• Daily pay between £120-£150
