I'm working with an alternative education provider offering small classes and big impact. They're on the lookout for a passionate Teacher to join their team full-time and help re-engage students who need a second chance at success.

? Hours: Full Time, Permanent
?? Salary: £30,000 - £44,000

• Deliver creative, engaging lessons to classes of just 7-10 students

• Inspire learners who may have struggled in mainstream education to love learning again

• Build strong, trusting relationships that help transform attitudes and outcomes

• Use positive behaviour strategies to create a safe, supportive classroom

• Work closely with colleagues, families and support staff to champion every learner

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching KS3 or KS4 in any subject area

• A genuine passion for working with young people who need extra support

• Resilience, empathy, and the creativity to adapt to individual needs

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
