Day-to-day of the role:

• Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement in class.
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Providing tailored support to pupils with SEND or additional needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion.
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to enhance pupil progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Has experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
• Holds relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) – desirable but not essential.
• Is confident supporting literacy and numeracy.
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
