This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about curriculum development and driving high teaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
* Lead the development, implementation and review of the curriculum.
* Manage, mentor and develop teaching staff, including ECTs.
* Monitor teaching and learning standards and support continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
* Work closely with therapists and wider professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils.
