The Role:
Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons effectively
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Working closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners
The Ideal Candidate:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

✅ Experience teaching within a primary school setting

✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

✅ Passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners

✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✅ A proactive and positive approach to teaching
