The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to create a positive and enriching learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive classroom culture that promotes high expectations and behaviour for learning
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching as needed
Work effectively with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance learning
Communicate regularly with parents/carers and contribute to wider school life
Person Specification We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Has recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Is reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development
Values inclusion and is passionate about helping every child succeed
