Teacher of Art & Design Permanent Role | Rochdale

A secondary school in Rochdale is seeking a Teacher of Art & Design to join its department on a permanent basis.

This is an opportunity to teach in a school with a strong focus on student progress and classroom standards.

The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering structured and engaging lessons across a range of practical and creative topics.

The Role:

• Teaching Art & Design across KS3 and KS4

• Delivering creative and challenging lessons

• Supporting students to develop practical and analytical skills

• Monitoring student progress and maintaining high expectations

• Contributing positively to the wider school community

Requirements:

Applicants must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Art, Design, or a related discipline

• Experience teaching the UK secondary Art curriculum

• Excellent organisational and classroom management skills

• The legal right to work in the UK
