Teacher of Business

A progressive secondary school in Waltham Cross is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Business Teacher to join its vibrant and supportive department from September.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage students across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering dynamic lessons that make business concepts relevant and accessible. The school prides itself on a culture of inclusion, academic excellence, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Business lessons across KS3KS5
• Inspire students with real-world applications in enterprise, finance, and marketing
• Track and support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular business initiatives
• Work collaboratively with staff to promote whole-school improvement and student success

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Business
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A reflective, proactive approach to professional development
• Experience in a secondary school setting is desirable
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
