This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to teach well-resourced and high-demand subjects in a supportive and ambitious school environment.

You will deliver engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5, helping students develop critical thinking, commercial awareness, and a deeper understanding of economic systems. The successful candidate will have a passion for business and economics education, strong classroom management, and the ability to bring real-world relevance into every lesson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Business and Economics lessons at KS4 and KS5.
• Support students in developing commercial awareness and economic understanding.
• Monitor and assess progress, providing high-quality feedback and support.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities.
• Create a dynamic, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
• Participate in departmental collaboration, school events, and CPD.

Qualifications and Experience:

• QTS and a degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject (essential).
• Experience teaching Business and/or Economics at secondary level (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for real-world application.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and student success.
• Willingness to contribute to wider school life and initiatives.
