Teacher of Computing & ICT Permanent Role | Bolton

A secondary school in Bolton is seeking a Teacher of Computing & ICT to join its department on a permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity to teach Computing and ICT in a well-supported department with strong curriculum resources and clear expectations.

The successful candidate will teach Computing and ICT across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students to develop digital, technical, and problem-solving skills.

The Role:

• Teaching Computing & ICT across KS3 and KS4

• Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons

• Supporting students of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes

• Encouraging student interest in technology and digital learning

• Working collaboratively with colleagues within the department

Requirements:

Applicants must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Computing, ICT, Computer Science, or a related subject

• Experience teaching Computing or ICT within a UK secondary school setting

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• The legal right to work in the UK
