Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation
• Implement school policies and strategies to address diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the curriculum and student experience
• Contribute to students' holistic development through innovative teaching methods

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in English
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level is preferred
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
