The Role

The successful candidate will:

* Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

* Support students in developing strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills

* Monitor and assess student progress to ensure excellent outcomes

* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning

* Play an active role in the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for someone who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Has a passion for English and literature

* Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities

* Demonstrates excellent classroom practice

* Has strong communication and organisational skills
