Teacher of English - Perm or Temp

We are working with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Luton seeking a creative and reflective Teacher of English. This role involves delivering engaging English Language and Literature lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, and contributing to whole-school literacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 & KS4

• Inspire a passion for reading, writing, and analysis

• Mark work, assess progress, and provide feedback

• Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards

Requirements:

• QTS (or working towards it)

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm

• Ability to differentiate and personalise learning

• Excellent behaviour and classroom management
