Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students can develop their literacy skills effectively.
  
  
  • Develop a love for reading and writing, encouraging exploration of a wide range of texts and fostering critical analysis skills.

  Curriculum Development:
  
  
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's vision, national requirements, and the latest advancements in English education.
  
  
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in English pedagogy, implementing innovative approaches to enhance student learning.

  Assessment and Evaluation:
