We are working with a world-renowned independent school in Harrow to appoint a logical and passionate Teacher of Mathematics for a temporary, full-time position. Starting ASAP, the school is looking for a specialist who can deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons. This prestigious institution provides a scholarly environment where Mathematics is the most popular subject at the senior level, supported by a faculty of subject experts.

The Role

• Deliver Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (IGCSE/GCSE).

• Utilise a mastery-led approach to stretch high-achieving candidates.

• Participate in mathematics competitions and logic societies.

• Monitor student progress with precision, providing high-quality feedback to drive improvement.

The Person

• QTS and a strong degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.

• The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary & Benefits The school pays according to its own independent payscale. Salary will be determined based on experience but, if successful, can be negotiated. Includes rent-free accommodation or a generous housing allowance in some cases.
