Are you a passionate and inspiring Teacher of Music with a desire to share your love of music with young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our thriving Music department in a secondary school in Westminster.

About the Role:

• Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially Key Stage 5.


• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.


• Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources.


• Lead and direct school ensembles (e.g., choir, orchestra, band).


• Organize and participate in school concerts and performances.


• Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the department's curriculum development.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues.


• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent.


• Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Music.


• Demonstrates a passion for teaching Music.


• Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.


• Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
