About the Role:
Our secondary school in Derby is looking for a dedicated Music Teacher to lead engaging music lessons for KS3 and KS4 students. You will guide students through performance, theory, and musical appreciation, helping them explore their musical abilities. If you’re excited about sharing your passion for music with students, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Music across KS3 and KS4, focusing on performance, theory, and appreciation


• Encourage student participation in school performances, ensembles, and choirs


• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that fosters a love for music

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• A degree in Music or a related field


• Experience teaching Music at the secondary level
