We are delighted to be supporting an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding’ secondary school in South London in their search for a committed and inspiring Teacher of Philosophy & Religious Education to join their team from September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-achieving Humanities faculty in a school celebrated for its academic excellence, smaller-than-average class sizes, and inclusive ethos. The successful candidate will teach Philosophy, Religion and Ethics (PRE) at GCSE and A-Level, and will benefit from strong departmental support and a collaborative staff culture. ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive a full induction and mentoring programme.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS and a relevant degree in Philosophy, Theology, Religious Studies, or a related field
• Be passionate about Philosophy & RE and dedicated to student achievement at KS4 and KS5
• Possess strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills
• Be reflective, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to the wider school community
• Be eager to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful discussion among students
