Key Responsibilities

• Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging and effective lessons


• Plan and implement a Psychology curriculum that supports student progress and achievement


• Assess and monitor student learning in Psychology, providing feedback to support development


• Collaborate with colleagues in the Psychology department to share best practices and improve outcomes


• Support students with their Psychology coursework and exam preparation


• Participate in school activities, including open evenings, parents' evenings, and extracurricular Psychology clubs

Requirements

• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
