About the Role

Academics, acting on behalf of an outstanding school in Hemel Hempstead, are recruiting for this permanent position starting after the February half term. This opportunity is open to experienced teachers and early career teachers looking to join a thriving Religious Education department.

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Religious Education up to KS5, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons.
  • Be well-versed in the UK curriculum and confident in creating dynamic lesson plans aligned with established schemes of work.
  • Play an integral part in supporting students' academic success and holistic development.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Recent experience teaching in UK schools.
  • A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and specialist knowledge of Religious Education.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS.

  • Pay Scale: M1 to UPS3 (dependent on experience)
