Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our dynamic team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science education to secondary school students, fostering a love for the subject, and encouraging academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience in the UK.
• Strong subject knowledge in science and the ability to teach across different key stages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
