Tradewind is proud to partner with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Croydon, currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support SEN students across KS1 and KS2. This mainstream, two-form entry school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with mixed abilities, including those with communication and interaction difficulties and cognitive disorders.

• Provide 1:1 support to students across KS1/KS2

• Plan and lead intervention sessions for SEN groups (ADHD, ASD, SEMH)

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Follow and implement pupil targets in line with EHCP guidelines

• Monitor and track pupil progress

• Experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant

• Strong understanding of supporting children with autism

• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references

• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment (with explanations for any gaps)

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
