A thriving school in Slough is looking for a Teaching and Learning Assistant who has a passion to make a difference to children's lives.
The ideal candidate for the role of Teaching and Learning Assistant must be able to communicate effectively with young people, be confident, committed, and calm. A desire to work with young people and be part of a team is essential.

This Teaching and Learning Assistant role in Slough may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
* Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
* Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
* Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
* Keeping track and recording pupil progress.

This Teaching and Learning Assistant role will give you essential experience and training, working with children who need that extra support and care to progress.
