Teaching Assistant

1:1 Year 5 Teaching Assistant - Salford

Romano Education is seeking a nurturing and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 5 pupil with Global Learning Delay at a primary school in Salford.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide focused 1:1 support to a pupil with Global Learning Delay

• Assist in developing individual support strategies

• Encourage progress through tailored interventions and guidance

• Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teacher

• Foster confidence and participation in learning

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs

• A compassionate and encouraging approach

• Team player with good communication skills

• Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred

Job Details:

• Position: Year 5 1:1 Teaching Assistant

• Location: Salford

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 3.15pm

• Pay Rate: £15.94 per hour
