About the Teaching Assistant Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support students in their learning both in and out of the classroom.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback as necessary.
• Prepare resources and materials for lessons.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
