Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and providing tailored assistance to help them achieve their learning goals.
Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect, kindness, and collaboration among students.
Assist with classroom management, including behaviour management and ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.
Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to meet the diverse needs of students and contribute to their overall development.

Grade 6 - £27,899 - £30,060 (Based on 1 FTE plus attractive benefits)
Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students' individual needs and abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subject areas.
Relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
