Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education journey? Do you want to make a real difference in a secondary school setting? We are currently working with inclusive and forward-thinking schools in Daventry seeking Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2025.

Whether you're an experienced TA or just beginning your career in education, this is a fantastic opportunity to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including those with additional learning or emotional needs.

• Support students in and out of the classroom with learning, confidence-building, and engagement

• Provide one-to-one and small group support, particularly for students with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation

• Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through consistency and empathy

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment

• Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff and pastoral teams

• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual with a passion for working with young people

• Experience supporting children or young people in any setting (school, youth work, coaching, mentoring, etc.)

• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with students and staff

• Knowledge of safeguarding, SEND, or behaviour support (training can be provided)

• A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team

• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential
