Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in the classroom? A welcoming and vibrant school in the Tameside area is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across a range of age groups and abilities. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting individual pupils and small groups to access the curriculum

• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs

• Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting positive behaviour

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate) is desirable but not essential
