We're working with several well-regarded secondary schools in Corby who are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants for the new academic year starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about education, whether you're experienced in school support or looking to begin your journey in the classroom.

• Working closely with teachers to support pupils across KS3 and KS4

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to students, including those with additional needs

• Helping to deliver targeted interventions and classroom activities

• Supporting the learning, progress and wellbeing of students

• Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment

• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture

• Supporting students with SEN or those who require extra pastoral care

• Someone who is patient, empathetic, and confident working with young people

• Previous experience in schools or youth support (desirable but not essential)

• A team player who can adapt to different classrooms and challenges

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

• A genuine interest in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs

• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training provided)
