Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and making a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with schools in and around Helston who are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their friendly teams.

Whether you have previous classroom experience or you're looking to start a career in education, this could be the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a positive impact.

Your role will involve:

• Supporting pupils in class, both 1:1 and in small groups

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Helping children with additional needs access the curriculum

• Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

• Is caring, patient, and motivated to help children succeed

• Can work well as part of a team and follow guidance from teaching staff

• Understands the importance of safeguarding and inclusion
