Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, helping them achieve their learning goals.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different schools and settings, building strong relationships with staff and pupils.
• Support children with additional needs where required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (desirable).
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and reliability to work across different schools in Watford.
