Job Title: School Learning Support Assistant

Location: Esher, Surrey

Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: £100-£110 per day

Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Learning Support Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Esher?

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Esher.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:

Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
