Support children’s learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 
Work 1:1, in small groups and within the classroom to help pupils thrive
Assist with reading, phonics, maths, play-based learning and creative activities
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families
Help create a positive, nurturing environment where all children feel safe and confident
Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and independence
