Teaching Assistant

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive schools in Cambridgeshire.

Such roles include short/long-term placement, potential permanent roles. in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
• Promote inclusion and well-being across the school community

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, flexible, and caring approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting education and child development

(A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.)
