About the Role

Long-Term Teachers are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming school in the Cheltenham area. This role is primarily a general classroom assistant position, but you will also be providing additional support to pupils with SEND when required. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping all children thrive, while also developing their SEN skillset.

• Able to support pupils with additional needs (SEN/SEMH) when required

• Flexible and willing to adapt to different classroom needs

• Open-minded and passionate about inclusive education
• Familiar with positive behaviour management strategies
• Experienced with support or intervention programmes (desirable)
