Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bolton
Contract Type: Full Time
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Rate of Pay: £450.00 - £550.00 per week

The school supports pupils of all abilities and offers opportunities to assist in lessons, encourage independent learning, and help students thrive academically and socially.

This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with teenagers, building positive relationships, and supporting a variety of learning needs in a mainstream classroom environment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students in classroom lessons on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
* Help students with SEN or additional learning needs as required.
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
* Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Interest in supporting students' academic and personal development.
* Experience in a secondary school setting is beneficial but not essential.TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply
