Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a lively secondary school in Enfield. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the chance to support students' academic and personal development while working closely with teaching staff.

You'll be helping to deliver lessons, providing tailored support to individuals and small groups, and encouraging students to stay focused and achieve their goals. Every day will be different, and you'll play an important part in the school's commitment to helping all learners succeed.

This role would suit recent graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with a genuine interest in working with young people. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Pay: £95 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Starting in January and running until July 2026, with a strong possibility of extension or permanent appointment from September 2026

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting students with additional learning needs
Helping create a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture
