Proven experience working within UK SEN schools or specialist provisions
Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, or complex communication needs
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Your role
Provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support
Assist with personalised learning plans and differentiated activities
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and independence
Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high‑quality support throughout the school day Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
