What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils throughout the school day, both individually and in small groups
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks
Helping children stay engaged, motivated and confident
Providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance
Encouraging positive behaviour and good learning habits
Preparing classroom resources and assisting with day-to-day activities
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Previous experience working within a primary school is essential
