Key Duties:

Work 1-on-1 or in small groups with high school students who need an extra boost in their learning.
Partner with teachers to keep lessons running smoothly and keep students engaged.
Help students navigate exams, coursework, and school life with encouragement and patience.
Help prepare learning materials and adapt activities to suit different learning needs.

Requirements:

Experience with Children/Young People as a Support Worker, TA, Tutor, Youth Leader, Care Worker, or similar setting.
A genuine passion for working with young people (aged 11-16).
Strong communication and listening skills.
A patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one).
